Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR/Admin Officer to maintain both physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and PTO requests. Responsibilities include:

• Updating internal databases with new hire information.
• Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
• Gathering payroll data such as bank accounts and working days.
• Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Degree (BSC, HND, or OND) in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Aged between 28-35 years.
