Job Description

QFA NIGERIA LTD is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process. You will orient new employees, train existing staff, and monitor employee performance to ensure a positive work environment while overseeing health and safety.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in human resources, strong negotiation skills, knowledge of employment legislation, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices is essential.
