Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead the human resources and administrative functions at The Dome Entertainment Limited in Abuja. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Develop HR strategies, oversee payroll, and collaborate on training needs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
