Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Talenthub HR Network. This full-time position is based onsite in Lekki, with a monthly salary of ₦200,00.00.
The ideal candidate will manage daily hotel operations within budget, ensuring the highest standards of service. Responsibilities include creating exceptional menus, identifying customer needs, establishing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You will also nurture a team-oriented environment and manage operational costs effectively.
Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in hotel management and the ability to travel as required.
