Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily workings of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

The role involves managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, upholding hotel standards, and enhancing operational efficiency. The Hotel Operations Manager will work closely with various departments to foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees alike.

A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, along with at least 3 years of pertinent experience in hotel management.
