Job Description
As our Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee overall business operations management, ensuring profitability for stakeholders and the efficient running of operations and service delivery to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all departments.
- Implement SOPs, maintain high standards of staff performance and customer service.
- Monitor financial operations within the accounts department.
- Stay informed on room rates, policies, specials, and availability.
Requirements:
- BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of hotel operations management experience.
- Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant business dynamics.
Salary: N450,00 – N550,00 Monthly.
