Job Description
SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations. You will manage personnel including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees, ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, coordinating with suppliers, evaluating hotel performance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management, along with at least 3 years of management experience. Proficiency in English and strong leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
