We are seeking a highly qualified General Manager to lead our esteemed 4-star hotel. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations, food and beverage management, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Improve guest experience and satisfaction levels
- Oversee daily front office operations and manage staff
- Direct food and beverage services, including events
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports
