Job Description
A renowned dining destination in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a friendly and energetic Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in creating a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating.
- Provide menus and inform guests of specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized front area.
- Address phone inquiries courteously.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience preferred.
