Job Description
Boto Restaurant is seeking a warm, polished, and customer-focused Hostess to enhance our hospitality team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and efficiently managing reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and amicably
- Utilize a booking system to manage reservations
- Escort guests to their assigned tables
- Coordinate seamlessly with waitstaff to ensure excellent service
- Handle inquiries and phone calls in a professional manner
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
