Job Description
Eleganza is seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, branding, and enhancing customer experiences within a luxury, fully-serviced estate. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
– Drive client acquisition and market the property.
– Plan and organize accommodation, catering, and hotel services.
– Maintain high standards of customer service and meet guest expectations.
– Manage budgets and financial plans.
– Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Requirements:
