Job Description
Quintevo Nigeria Limited is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Team Lead. This role involves overseeing IT support operations for a Tier 1 oil and gas company in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service desk agents, ensuring the efficient resolution of support tickets, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the helpdesk team, serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues, monitor ticket queues, track performance metrics, and provide coaching and development to team members.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Microsoft certifications, a minimum of 5 years of support experience, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
