Job Description
Talenthub HR Network seeks a Head of Site Development for a full-time, onsite role in Abuja. The successful candidate will oversee construction and site projects, supervise contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include monitoring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, preparing progress reports, and coordinating with consultants and authorities.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Engineering or Building Technology
- Proven site/project management experience
- Strong leadership, coordination, and knowledge of construction standards
Salary: Gross ₦350,00–₦400,00 per month. Full-time, onsite — Abuja.
