Job Description
Maventeq Systems Limited is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Head of Services and Maintenance at our client, a leading multinational Oil and Gas company in Nigeria.
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and efficient functioning of civil, electrical, and mechanical installations.
- Manage daily activities of the Facility Management crew.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team for evaluations and resolutions of property issues.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain first-level tenant interface for maintenance needs.
Qualifications: BSc/HND in Engineering or Facility Maintenance with 8+ years of experience in facility management.
