Job Description
Fadac Resources and Services is a multinational company specializing in automotive distribution, pharmaceutical products, and new technologies. We are seeking a Head of Sales to join our team in Lagos.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement sales policies and maintain sales reports.
- Define sales team objectives and ensure compliance with corporate identity.
- Lead the sales team and handle relationships with top B2B customers.
- Enhance customer experience and promote a culture of KAIZEN and ANZEN.
Job Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Business Management or related fields.
- 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- MSc/MBA is a plus.
