Job Description
Vintage Recruits is currently seeking a Head of Product Innovation and Management to spearhead our product development team based in Lagos. This essential role aims to enhance our wealth management and financial services portfolio.
The successful candidate will have key responsibilities including mentoring Product Managers, executing product strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate across various departments to drive innovation and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize product performance.
Ideal candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in product management within the financial services sector, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, along with expertise in financial modeling and project management.
