Job Description
Nairametrics, a leading financial resource company in Nigeria, is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations in our Lagos office. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and operational benchmarks for performance improvement.
- Represent the organization at external forums and events.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead HR functions.
