Job Description

Lorache Consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in relevant fields and have a minimum of 7 years in a senior role, particularly in retail chain operations.

Your responsibilities will include driving sales to achieve targets, maintaining stock and inventory, and managing operational excellence at all store locations. You will oversee performance evaluations, training and development, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This position requires daily on-site presence in Port Harcourt, with necessary travel to monitor other locations.
