Job Description

LEAM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Head of Operations with a unique blend of business development, operational, and technical expertise to optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, develop and implement processes and policies, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the leadership team on strategic initiatives. The role also requires representing the company in radio sessions.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience, proven track record of driving growth, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: N120,00 – N150,00 monthly.
