Job Description
Hobark International is seeking an experienced Head of Operations and Production to oversee compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas sector. Key responsibilities include monitoring operator activities, tracking KPIs, conducting audits, analyzing operational costs, and implementing production optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Petroleum Management, with a Master’s degree preferred. Additionally, candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years in a supervisory role, along with a solid understanding of process safety management and regulatory compliance in Nigeria.
