Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate for a prominent school leadership role. The ideal applicant will possess a strong bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, alongside a Master’s Degree in Education or a PhD in a related field. Professional teaching and administrative credentials are required. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in school leadership, preferably within an international school setting, and must hold qualified teacher status, registered with TRCN.
The primary responsibilities include supporting the Principal in achieving high standards of teaching and learning, formulating and implementing strategic objectives, monitoring progress towards school improvement goals, and effectively managing staff and resources.
