Job Description
Spectrum Books Limited is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to oversee all marketing initiatives. This role involves developing strategies to ensure our titles are preferred across the country and leading the marketing and sales team to exceed set targets. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s or HND degree, at least 7 years of senior-level experience in marketing or sales, and a proven record of successful strategy implementation.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, overseeing sales team performance, customer acquisition, revenue generation, and training marketing personnel. The candidate must demonstrate excellent management and communication skills.
