Job Description
Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Head of Marketing to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing a team of Sales Executives, fostering product growth, ensuring asset expansion, monitoring market trends, organizing promotional activities, and contributing to overall business development strategies.
Qualifications include: A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Marketing, Finance, or Communication, a minimum of 5 years of banking experience (including at least 2 years in a management role), strong knowledge of microfinance, and demonstrated team collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Starting at ₦300,00.00/month | Application Deadline: March 28, 2025.
