Job Description

Eighgold Consulting Limited is searching for an exceptional Head of Legal & Compliance. The ideal candidate is a seasoned legal professional with strong business acumen, adept at navigating a dynamic real estate landscape. This critical position will report directly to the Group Managing Director and is responsible for upholding the company’s legal and ethical standards while providing strategic legal support.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the Legal & Compliance department, delivering expert legal counsel, ensuring compliance in real estate operations, managing litigation, and developing a high-performing legal team.

We seek applicants with a minimum of 15 years’ experience, a qualification from the Nigerian Bar, and a solid foundation in real estate law. A negotiable net salary of N12,00,00 per year will be offered, contingent upon experience.
