Job Description
Adron Homes and Properties Ltd is seeking a Head of Land Acquisition to lead land sourcing and expansion efforts in Abuja. The role will drive feasibility studies, due diligence, negotiations with landowners and stakeholders, and oversee legal documentation and regulatory approvals.
- Develop acquisition strategies aligned with company growth and manage the acquisition team.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and ensure compliance with Abuja land laws and regulatory processes.
- Lead negotiations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Requirements: degree in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Law, or related field; minimum 7 years’ experience in land acquisition or real estate; excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
