Job Description
Debmyk Consult is actively searching for a committed professional to fill the position of Head of Internal Audit & Compliance. This crucial role is responsible for assessing and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within our banking institution.
Key responsibilities include leading the internal audit function, developing comprehensive audit plans, conducting regular audits, ensuring adherence to regulations, and preparing detailed reports for management and the Board of Directors.
The ideal candidate should possess a B.Sc. Degree or HND in Accounting, along with a minimum of four years of auditing experience, preferably in a Microfinance Bank. Additionally, professional qualifications such as CIBN, ICAN, or ACCA are mandatory.
