Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, including payroll and compliance.
  • Develop HR policies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment and training processes.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in retail cosmetics.
