Job Description
The Head of Finance will define and execute financial strategy, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure accurate accounting and regulatory compliance. This role optimizes cash flow, strengthens investor relations, and delivers clear financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Lead accounting operations and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Drive process improvements, implement ERP solutions, and maintain robust controls.
- Qualifications: CPA or equivalent, 8+ years in finance leadership, strong analytical skills, and proven experience with investor relations.
