Job Description

Omoarega Consulting Limited is looking to hire a commendable Head Chef to manage our kitchen and kitchen staff. The Head Chef will swiftly resolve kitchen issues, attract and retain staff, and optimize productivity while maintaining a cooperative relationship with team members.

Responsibilities include ensuring the quality and promptness of dishes, coordinating cooks’ tasks, designing menus, hiring and training staff, and managing overall kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of culinary education, 7 years of relevant experience, advanced knowledge of food principles, and excellent communication skills.
