Job Description
Omoarega Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Head Chef to efficiently manage our kitchen and staff. The ideal candidate will resolve kitchen issues swiftly, train team members in new recipes and cooking techniques, oversee food preparation, and ensure high-quality service during dinner service.
Responsibilities include coordinating kitchen tasks, implementing hygiene policies, designing menus, hiring and training staff, and monitoring performance standards. Candidates must possess 7 years of culinary education and experience, advanced knowledge of food principles, and excellent communication skills.
