Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd is currently in search of a seasoned Head Chef to lead our culinary team at our location in Lekki Phase 1. The Head Chef will be tasked with developing innovative, high-quality menus, overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
The key responsibilities encompass food preparation, inventory management, staff training, and collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in a similar role, exhibit strong leadership capabilities, and demonstrate a genuine passion for culinary creativity.
A culinary degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
