Job Description
Grand Maridos Hotel, the leading guest-focused hotel in Ibadan, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Guest Service Agent. Our hotel boasts over 40 elegantly appointed rooms, a state-of-the-art conference hall, a fine dining restaurant, and a fully equipped fitness center.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face for our guests, facilitating check-ins and addressing inquiries. Your responsibilities will include resolving guest complaints, processing payments, and providing recommendations for local attractions. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and inviting lobby and coordinate transportation for guests as needed.
Salary: ₦50,00 – ₦100,00 Monthly.
