ELVARIDAH is seeking a dedicated Guest Experience & Operations Manager to oversee our short-let properties. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations to ensure that every guest receives a five-star experience. Your duties will include supervising check-ins, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring the upkeep of properties across various locations. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel or short-let operations management is required.
  • Outstanding guest relations and a keen attention to detail are essential.
