Job Description
McGrocer seeks a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to own and scale paid search performance. You will manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Retargeting campaigns; maintain Merchant Center and structured product feeds; segment product groups and bids; monitor CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA; and execute A/B tests. Close collaboration with ecommerce and creative teams is required to optimize assets and strategy.
- Experience: 3+ years managing Google Ads & Shopping with proven, profitable ROAS
- Technical skills: Merchant Center, Data Feed Rules, PMax/Smart Shopping, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Platforms: Shopify, DataFeedWatch
- Positions: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract • Pay: ₦200,00–₦400,00/month
