Job Description
We are seeking experienced candidates for the position of General Supervisor.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Train staff and conduct inspections.
