Job Description
Nevada Luxury Homes is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations in Lekki. The ideal candidate must possess innovative thinking, proficiency in sales and marketing, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: Ensure high-quality service for all guests, plan marketing campaigns, manage budgets and sales targets, analyze sales figures, recruit and train staff, address customer complaints, and ensure the compliance of health and safety regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proficiency in collaboration tools.
