Salary: Negotiable based on experience
HRLeverage is seeking a qualified General Manager (Operations) to lead our client’s daily operations in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and operational management capabilities. Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction, enhancing productivity, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior operational roles, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
