Job Description
Ralds & Agate, a Business Management Consulting firm, is seeking a General Manager, Facilities in Lagos. This full-time position is within the Real Estate/Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the Facilities Management Business.
- Develop and implement business strategies.
- Ensure contract execution meets required standards.
- Establish customer service and budgetary standards.
- Manage all site staff and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Facilities Management or similar.
- 10+ years of experience, with 2 years in General Management.
- Strong sales, marketing, and analytical skills.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
