Job Description
Express Resource Connect is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Officer to become the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room assignments and key card issuance
- Provide information on hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
