• Warmly greet clients and escort them to their beauty stations
• Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Process transactions and issue receipts
• Welcome walk-ins and answer service-related queries
• Inform clients about new services and discounts
• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
• Update client records and manage the call center
• Maintain a tidy reception area

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a front desk role
