Job Description
Tenstrings Music Institute is seeking an exceptional individual to manage our front desk operations. We prefer a female candidate to promote gender balance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients and visitors.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Handle appointments and bookings.
- Maintain records and databases.
- Process payments and handle transactions.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
