Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to provide a welcoming first impression, manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized reception area.
- Greet and check in/out visitors; handle inquiries and mail distribution.
- Manage multi-line phone system and appointment scheduling.
- Perform basic administrative duties and coordinate with internal departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements: high school diploma, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong multitasking ability. Prior reception experience is preferred. We offer training, a supportive work environment, and competitive pay.
