Job Description

StreSERT Services Limited, a reputable Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), is seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to provide essential administrative support and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain customer interactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and HMO events.
  • Ensure a positive attitude towards clients and staff.

Qualifications:
