Job Description
Smart Partners Consulting Limited is seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to manage phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries while providing administrative support for a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be friendly, accommodating, and the first contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors, direct phone calls, provide accurate information, coordinate operations, assist with appointments, filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications: BSC or HND in a Social Science field; 2 – 3 years of front desk or administrative experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, Microsoft Office, customer service, strong organizational skills.
