Job Description

Naji Realties is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Front Desk Officer to join our hospitality team based in Abuja, ideally located near Utako. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with inquiries.
  • Manage room assignments and registrations efficiently.
  • Address guest complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software.

Salary: N90,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
