The Front Desk Officer is essential in welcoming guests and managing appointments while performing key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain records.
- Handle payments and billing inquiries.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized.
Qualifications:
Minimum of ND in a related field and 2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
Pay: Up to ₦60,00.00 per month
