Job Description

Emeritus Consult is currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and deliver exceptional administrative support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, and is crucial in ensuring a welcoming experience for our visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception environment.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing files.
• Address client inquiries and direct them appropriately for resolution.

Requirements:

• High School diploma (SSCE); a degree in Business Administration is preferred.
