Job Description
Citygate Global Investment Limited is seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will greet clients, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service. You’ll serve as a liaison between clients and the four companies within the building, facilitating effective communication.
Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining client records, all while ensuring the security and confidentiality of client information.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month.
