Job Description
Centurion Apartments is looking for a dynamic and motivated Front Desk Officer dedicated to enhancing the hospitality experience. The successful candidate will be resolute, results-oriented, and exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities: Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, deliver high-quality assistance, ensure payment processing, manage reservations, and maintain accurate company records.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, the ability to adapt to different situations, professionalism in high-pressure environments, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a preferred degree in hotel management.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
