Job Description

Eudora & Aegle Management is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Administrative Assistant to manage front office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support across departments. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere while facilitating efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized reception area.
  • Perform office tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
